1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PrintBridge software ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Desktop Agent — Local Software Disclaimer

The PrintBridge desktop agent is software that runs entirely on your local machine. You assume all risk for installation, printer compatibility, hardware configuration, and any issues arising from the agent's operation on your system. Virtex Solutions LLC does not have access to your machine, your printers, or the content of any print jobs. All print data travels directly between your browser and the local agent — it never passes through our servers.

The agent generates and stores an API key locally on your machine. This key controls access to the local print API. You are responsible for keeping this key secure. Virtex Solutions LLC is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from a compromised or shared API key.

3. License

Subject to payment of applicable fees, Virtex Solutions LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the PrintBridge desktop agent on the number of devices permitted by your subscription tier. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the software.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. No refunds are issued for partial periods. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged the applicable plan rate. Only one free trial per person or organization.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) transmit malware or spam; (c) share credentials across more devices than your plan allows; or (d) resell access to the Service without a written reseller agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIRTEX SOLUTIONS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and deleting your account. Sections 6, 7, and 9 survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your County], [Your State].
